Basic syntax of Markdown

在picky的backend中，format選項有3個：

1）HTML 2）Markdown 3）Plain Text

而我自己已經設置默認的是3），但一直對于markdown很陌生，今日看了qingbo對markdown的一段介紹（詳見：Markdown及雜談）才算有點明白，真是緣分啊。

在這里有一段示例：

---------------------
Now is the time for all good men to come to  the aid of their country. This is just a  regular paragraph.The quick brown fox jumped over the lazydog's back.
